Choice Real Estate is an unusual kind of real estate brokerage -- it's located in Kokomo, IN, but they've eliminated the overhead of an office in an effort to keep their rates low, which is pretty awesome.

Ann, the owner, approached me in mid 2006 to talk about totally rebranding the company. She was paying a monthly fee for a generic website and needed a touch of style, so I came up with a new logo and color scheme for her marketing materials, and a completely new custom website to set her apart from the competition.
